Shipping policy
Shipping is free exclusively within Italy and for orders over €50. For shipments outside Italy, please check the cost by selecting the destination during checkout. If you encounter any problems, please contact me directly by emailing info@claudiozuccaparfums.com.
Products will be delivered via express courier to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order no later than 30 days after payment is received.
Delivery times are generally 24-48 hours for land areas and 72 hours for islands. Since we use external carriers, please note that delivery times may be subject to delays for which I cannot be held responsible. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation.
After placing your order, you will receive a tracking code that will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment.
For each order placed on the website www.claudiozuccaparfums.com, a sales receipt (shipping note) will be issued for the goods shipped. Invoices for products purchased by private individuals are not issued as these sales transactions are not subject to the requirement for tax certification pursuant to Article 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree 633 of 1972 and Article 2 of Presidential Decree 696 of 1996. All customers are sent an order summary that has the same fiscal and legal value as a traditional receipt. The invoice is available upon request when completing the order. After the order has been processed, the customer will receive the invoice via email. The invoice will contain the information provided by the customer during the purchase process. Once the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the information indicated on it. It is not possible to request an invoice after completing the order without checking the "Request Invoice" box.
