Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy provides a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Unpaid Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to be posted.

Sale Items
Only full-price items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@claudiozuccaparfums.com and ship the item to the following address: Viale Rimembranze, 6 - 20822 Seveso (MB), Italy.
Shipping
To return the item, please ship the item to the following address: Viale Rimembranze, 6, 20822 Seveso (MB), Italy.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be included.
Depending on your country, the delivery time for the exchange may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than €75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
