Shipments

Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €50. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please contact me directly by emailing info@claudiozuccaparfums.com.

Please consider customs fees! Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware that you may be charged a certain percentage of the value of the goods upon arrival in your country.

The products will be delivered via express courier to the address indicated by the customer when ordering within 30 days of receiving payment for the goods.

Delivery times are generally 24-48 hours for mainland destinations and 72 hours for islands. Since we use external shipping companies, please note that delivery times may be subject to delays, for which I cannot be held responsible. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation.

For each order placed on the website www.claudiozuccaparfums.com, a sales receipt (shipping note) will be issued for the goods shipped. Invoices are not issued for products purchased by private individuals, as these sales transactions are not subject to the tax certification requirement pursuant to Article 22, paragraph 1, no. 1 of Presidential Decree 633 of 1972 and Article 2 of Presidential Decree 696 of 1996. All customers are sent an order summary that has the same fiscal and legal value as a traditional receipt. The invoice is available upon request during the order process. After the order has been processed, the customer will receive the invoice via email. The invoice will contain the information provided by the customer during the purchase process. Once the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the information provided. It is not possible to request an invoice after completing the order without checking the "Request Invoice" box.
