Refunds and Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you any refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons unrelated to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of the item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a number of days.

Late or outstanding refunds
If you still haven't received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time for posting a refund.

Items on sale
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for sale items.

You change
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange with the same item, send us an email to info@claudiozuccaparfums.com and send the item to the following address: Viale Rimembranze, 6 - 20822 Seveso (MB) Italy.

Shipping
To make a return, send the product to the following address: Viale Rimembranze, 6 20822 Seveso MB Italy.

The shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the delivery time for the replacement product may vary.

If you need to ship an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
